One of our distinguished trainers is Ingrid Gercama, a freelance investigative journalist based in the Netherlands. Ingrid covers cross-border environmental and trade stories in Eastern Europe and Africa. Her work has been featured in media outlets across over fifteen countries, including The Guardian, Süddeutsche Zeitung, De Groene Amsterdammer, and NRC Handelsblad. Ingrid is an International Press Institute Fellow and has been recognized with various reporting grants for her outstanding contributions to journalism. Notably, she won the Lorenzo Natali Media Prize in 2015, was shortlisted for the Fetisov Journalism Awards in 2021, and was nominated for the True Story Awards in 2024.
